There are four sections to complete listed below. In order to start getting leads you must go through each section.

You can choose whatever order you want. We recommend focusing on booking appointments and the product training - more specifically how to run quotes and how to run the electronic application on the Royal Neighbors (or AIG depending on your state) Final Expense Product.

One more tip is learn in 20 min increments, take a quick break and then another 20 min. Many breaks will allow you to last longer.

Finally, module 4 on Getting Started Right has a lot of important admin info, especially on commissions - how and when. When an agent emails or texts us about when they get commissioned on their first policy, then we know for a fact they didn't watch the video on commissions. Then that causes us to question whether they watched any of the training.

Please don't be that agent.

Note: It's funny when we start an agent with leads, many times we have someone ask, "is there a phone script". That tells us that didn't go through the training and they lied that they were ready to start with leads. Please don't be that agent. We will ask about certain things in the training and if you don't know what we're talking about, chances we won't get you started with leads. So don't blow this off. Another one is the live phone dialing zoom on Mondays and Thursdays. We will ask if you hopped on that zoom to hear agents dial the phone. Many times agents won't have a clue what we are talking about. Again, it is all here on this training webpage.

Note on downloading files from our Dropbox folder

First you do not have to sign up for Dropbox. Make sure to download every document first before printing it out. So click on the little down arrow link at the top. Then when the box comes up asking you to log in or sign up, look at the bottom of that window for the link that says, "or continue with download only". Click on that link and your file will download. This is the basic flow of selling a client from the leads. The way we get leads has expanded since this video but the fact is you will receive your leads a number of ways. Once you get them, then the fun begins. We also have new underwriting tools that will help you with your clients in the product and underwriting module below. This video just gives you a flow that will make the four modules make sense.
