Here is a comprehensive page on our different lead programs. We get asked about paying for leads so here is the answer: prove yourself that you are willing to pound the heck out of the practice leads, attend all the zoom calls, report your activity on a daily basis on our on-line report, and get coaching early and often and then we can consider you for free leads.

We would put you at the 55% commission rate and you would be ineligible for promotions, and you must have the proper closing ratios and placement and persistency to stay on the program.

At some point when you are willing to pay for your own leads, then we can bump your commission rate way up and you will make way more money.

But if you're happy with staying on free leads, then we are too!

How Commissions Work

Note: When you write business on direct family members, it is called "controlled" business. This means that you will be paid "as earned" and NOT on "advanced". Examples of relations that are considered controlled: son, daughter, spouse, mother or father, ex-spouse. Each carrier has their own definition which may be more liberal or more restrictive. Call the carrier to find out so you will know what to expect.
